A few rules of thumb

Supernova is compatible with all single lens projectors that provide the recommended brightness for the screen. You can mount the projector in the ceiling or on the back wall or simply place it on a table.

The optimal distance from the projector to your Supernova Screen depends on the width of the screen and the focal length of the projector lens. As a rule of thumb, the projection distance should be at least 2 times longer than the screen width. The ideal viewing position is typically 1.5 times the screen width.

If you’d like help calculating which screen sizes will fit into your facility or advice on the ideal Supernova Screen for your installation environment, please consult one of our resellers.
